What is a depression?
There is the lot of types and reasons of depression but, we can simply define the depression means fluctuations of the mood. Mental stress due to thinkings and overthinking unexpectedly.. !
How to come out from depression?
In today’s busy life scheduled every single person is suffering from the depression and anxiety.. this problems found in at any age from kids to adults and olders also.
The stress is come from the worried about money problems, career problems, health problems, loan etc. So there are some easy and best ways to come out from depression,
1.listen a music
It is scientifically proved that listening music is best way to change the mood within 2minutes. Happy music can help you to make your mind refresh and also in another way sad music also make you sad so listen happy music.
2.travel out of city in naturefor at least 1-2hours
Travelling means not go for a long trip but take a small bit of relaxation to your mind.. when you travel some where then you forgot the stress during your travel when you see the nature beauty.
3.eat chicken
Chicken is rich of protein and the chicken have tryptophan which produce serotonin it helps to change the mood scientifically and make you happy.. also its nutritious to health.. 😃😃
4.Do every work in proper time
Every men and womens have lot of stress due to work load.. main reason of this stress is not proper time management and mistakes.. do every work in perticular and be stress free.. !
5.sleeping habits
In the whole day of work body need to take a rest.. take at least 8hours complete sleep at night.. sleeping habits are very important factor of your daily life.. if your not taking proper sleep then you suffer from obesity, anxiety, depression, constipation and also diabetes like disorder… !
6.stop overthinking
Overthinking is one of the important factor of depression.. so what it can happen leave it at that moment and just move on!!
7.take a open air and concentrate breath for 5minutes
It is like crazy way but you can try it after the 5minutes you can forgot that you got depressed before the minutes..
8.spend some time with your pet
If you keep any pet in your house you might be feel 80% stress free.. in busy life scheduled when you come at your home and someone is welcoming you with lot of love then you forgot your stress of whole day and the same thing happen with your pet.. and you must try it.. !!
